At Glowelement.store, your skin’s health and safety are our top priorities. Because our products are personal care items, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure that every item you receive is 100% fresh, untampered, and safe to use.


1. The Hygiene Guarantee

To maintain the highest safety standards:

  • Only Unopened Items: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products that are in their original, sealed, and untampered packaging.
  • Strict No-Return Policy: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened, tested, or used—even once.

2. Damaged or Leaked Items (Transit Claims)

Skincare bottles and pumps can occasionally leak during transit.

  • The Requirement: You must provide a clear Unboxing Video to claim a replacement for a leaked or broken item.
  • The Timeline: Damaged items must be reported within 12 hours of delivery via WhatsApp [+92 XXX XXXXXXX].
  • Resolution: If the damage is verified, we will send a fresh replacement at no extra cost to you.

3. Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a product after it has been delivered:

  • You have 3 days to initiate a return request.
  • The product must be factory-sealed.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
  • Note: Sale items and “Mystery Boxes” are final sale and cannot be returned.

4. Skin Reactions & Allergies

  • Since every skin type reacts differently, we do not offer refunds or returns if a product does not suit your skin or causes a reaction.
  • We strongly encourage all customers to read the ingredient list and perform a patch test before full use. Our team is available on WhatsApp to help you understand ingredients before you buy.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved (e.g., an item is out of stock or a damaged item cannot be replaced):

  • Method: Refunds are issued via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
  • Timeline: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. How to Start a Return/Claim

  1. Record: Film your unboxing as soon as the parcel arrives.
  2. Contact: Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and the video/photos.
  3. Review: Our Quality Control team will verify the claim within 24 hours.
  4. Dispatch: For approved exchanges, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to our warehouse.
